TCM channel error "channel not setup"

"TCM channel - I have not been able to record or cast or play -- since July 1 2017 it quit working --- I get an error message "not setup" - but cannot "setup" channel - directv is my provider - in the setup TCM plays but then same error message "setup error" HELP NEEDED thanks"

  only way I have been able to record TCM movies has been by using Playmark but now I am having trouble with that. The movies either stall out, freeze or cut off and on another computer at a different location, the movies start recording but after several minutes the file just disappears.  Really maddening and becoming not worth the trouble. Can't even begin recording with Playon, but it always says I need to log in but I am logged in. Same problem on multiple computers.

  My problem started around July 1 - can not record TCM - get error message to go to setup - but when I go to setup - and get the enable on TCM - and come back and try to record, cast or play TCM get same error message - same problem for 3 months !!!!!

  Reported many times in greater detail and ?????
