I have tried two different xbox360 consoles and neither work.

Error code 69-c00df804 on first console.

Error code 69-807b0194 on second console.

 

Playon works fine on AmazonTV Fire.

    SOLVED

    Follow these instructions to submit a support request:

    1. Open PlayOn Settings on your PC
    2. Click the Stop button to stop the server & then click on the Start button to start PlayOn
    3. Reproduce the issue just one time
    4. Use the Support button to submit a support request.


    Your diagnostic logs will be submitted automatically with your ticket.
