I can go to “Amazon Video” and access “Tin Star s01e01 – Fun and (S)laughter” and “Play” it with the Closed Captioning turned on. However, when I “Record” the episode, the “Closed Captioning” is missing and there is no way to turn it on that I can find (even while monitoring the recording). In fairness, this is the first time I have had this issue.
What am I doing wrong?

Yikes! I asked this question almost two years ago.. and you are just now responding? ETA may be asking too much. <chuckle>
It's frustrating. hard to believe it's taking this long to fix.
