Volume normalization

Hello - I have a feature request. Would it be possible to add a volume normalization feature to Playon?  

    I am asking because if you sample an episode of Project Runway on Playon with a Stereo receiver (Lifetime > Full Shows), you will see that the commercials play at an extremely high volume compared to the TV show. So much louder (see the dannon yogurt commercials for example) that I believe they were responsible for blowing a speaker of mine (I now mute all the commercials).  

    Would love to see an "Normalize Volume" checkbox in the Playon settings   :)

    Note: while I mention "Project Runway" and lifetime, I am sure this issue can affect other channels as well.

    This is often intentional. The website wants you to pay attention to the commercials. Unfortunately, there is no way for PlayOn to adjust the volume of the videos on the fly like that. Maybe in the future, but not right now. However, many A/V receivers and TVs offer volume normalization.
