Unfortunately this is not possible. The whole point of UltraViolet and similar DRM methods is to prevent software like PlayOn from playing those video files. UltraViolet is designed to make it so only certain programs can play the videos--like Windows Media Player and iTunes.
Netflix, Amazon and others also use DRM.
Anyway, if there is interest in adding that functionality, I'm sure your team can figure out how to add it.
