I would like to be able to enter server (WAN) IP and port information manually on my PlayOn mobile app. This way when I'm away from home I can access my server through the WAN port of my router.

PlayOn Support (Chris) Remote access is already possible without this feature. We do not plan to add an option to manually enter a WAN IP address, though. Please see this section of our PlayOn user guide to learn more about mobile access:

Michael Ramsaran Thanks for getting back to me Chris. How would I access my PlayOn server from my Windows Phone app from outside my LAN? My router is already set up for port forwarding.

PlayOn Support (Chris) Please see this page from the user guide to learn how to pair your Windows Phone device with your PlayOn server for remote access:

Michael Ramsaran If I open a browser on my device I can manually go to my IP address and the port number to access the server. The app doesn't see it.

Michael Ramsaran The app does see it over the LAN though.

PlayOn Support (Chris) You must first connect to your PlayOn server while your phone is connected to your home WiFi network. That will pair your phone with the server. Then you can connect while using your data connection, if your router is configured correctly.
If you have any trouble setting up the router, please open PlayOn Settings Manager, click the Support button, and submit a support request. We can troubleshoot the connection with you.

Michael Ramsaran Hi Chris. Finally got it figured out. Was using 54479 for the port on PlayOn and my router but changed it 57331 and it came up. Wasn't 54479 the old default port?
