The other threads end in early March. I cannot record Amazon. And, the thing is, these are PURCHASED movies. I have no way of getting movies I own :( Are they working on it? Is there a fix I can try? Or are we waiting?

Dave Summers I am able to record Amazon movies and shows with no issue. Are you recording through a browser or directly through the Playon app and the Amazon channel? If through the app, are you able to see the movie selections or do you not get any content under Amazon?

Tom Whiting There are indeed still issues with Amazon, and pretty much every PlayOn provider at this point in time.
They refuse to admit this, but they definitely exist.

Stanislaus Noel Ting Anybody having any luck with this? I continually get the message "Could not record [film]. Unknown error"

Dwheel98 I also get no providers to show content. Started for me about 4 days ago. Sent a request to support. No response.

rikho If you are not in USA and your amzon prime account didn't work with amazon.com, you must force amzon.com with the IP of your amazon.XX
for exemple, in the file C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts, write a line "52.95.116.113 amazon.com"

Patceebee I'm having the same problem with Amazon. I just signed up for Playon and was able to succesfully record two movies but now I'm getting 'recording failed' messages halfway through the next two movies, even though I 'retried' the download two times, both times.
