No help from support

Hi. Has anyone else had problems reaching the support team? I have emailed them 3 times (July 4, 8, and 11). I received one auto reply promising help within 48 hrs and one survey for rating their support service. No one has contacted me regarding my issue (subtitles). I don't understand. They used to have very quick support. Very sad.
