No DIsplay - PlayOn SURFER Utility 4 5 1 0

When I need to configure login details, I cannot get PlayOn SURFER Utility to display on my screen.  It runs, I can see it in the preview window, but not the actual window itself.  It is on the main screen (as evidenced by shift-right click, move, and then using arrow keys to guide the invisible window around).  Below is the version.txt info from inside the file:

FILEVERSION 4,5,1,0
PRODUCTVERSION 4,5,1,0
FILEFLAGSMASK 0x3F
FILEFLAGS 0x0
FILEOS VOS_UNKNOWN | VOS__WINDOWS32
FILETYPE VFT_APP
FILESUBTYPE 0x0

I forgot to mention, if I just tell PlayOn I want to watch a show, the browser window is also invisible/transparent.  I can see where it should be by hoving the mouse over the window preview on the taskbar, so the window is not just slid off screen.
