I joined the six day free trial for britbox tv, but can not find it on my t.v., i've got netflix. I tried to get back into my accout to cancel and i can't get back in. This was April 15th, they keep asking for my password, ,it came up forgot your password, so i tried to reset it, they said they would send a link to my e-mail, I tried that about ten times, but it never showed up in my e-mail, i even look in the junk mail. I bet after six days they will charge me for it.I think it is a way to get my card number. I hope you can help me, we like the England shows.
