Just about given up with PlaYon

I have been having problems with PlayOn since I purchased it. PlayOn have replicated the fault  but so far no success in solving it. This fault is affecting a number of UK subscribers.

 

Today, PlayOn refused to work at all. It took me ages to log on to the server and when I did, as usual no access to Amazon. Also, when I look at the system check, it comes up as fail even though my system is working perfectly at 38MB download and 8MB upload. All other applications on my PC work perfectly.

 

How much time do I give this before asking for my money back?
