I just re-activated an inactive Hulu account. I have recorded shows from Hulu before but now it does not work. I can record from Amazon and Crackle and from a re-activated Netflix account. I can watch videos from Edge and the Playon browser. I tried re-installing the latest version but nothing changed. Is anyone else having problems?

Jim I had the exact same problem. Re-activated my Hulu account, but now I can't record any shows. PlayOn tech support can't fix my problem. I can watch Hulu shows on Firefox, Chrome, Edge browsers in real time. PlayOn tech support said it was an Internet Explorer problem, and for me to report it to Hulu. I tried working with Hulu, but they said their site does not support Internet Explorer. I haven't heard anything back from PlayOn tech support since reporting the problem to Hulu, which is not a problem for them because I can use other browsers to log into Hulu. Anyone figure out how to solve this problem? I feel like I am on my on without any help from PlayOn. Thanks!

I created a new Hulu account and now I can record shows. This is a workaround, not an acceptable solution. I can't be creating a new account every time I want to re-activate my account.

I figured out how to look at the log files. The log is a picture of the Hulu "Start a new trial" page. I just need to figure out how to get past that.
After a few days I tried my original account and it worked then. I believe that I eventually had to call Hulu and get the two accounts merged.
