UI enhancement request: show the status of channels not working in the channel view of the app itself rather than hiding it an "current playon service issues" page when sending a support request.

Adam +1, but also update the list more frequently. Currently Cartoon N and Tnt are not working either but have ot been updated even though you were aware since last week

Kevin Zemanek I am concerned about what is going on with PlayOn. I submitted a support request probably 6 weeks ago about SyFy being broken - it's still broken. I recently noticed that Spike had disappeared from the list of channels (note that it is NOT listed as a non-working channel). I submitted a support request about this several days ago - I have not heard back. I then noticed that recording from Crackle was not working. I also submitted a support request about this - no response yet. I've been a PlayOn user since way back when they had only about 4 channels and it was terribly clunky. The product has come amazingly far and is overall quite impressive now. I've never had delays in getting a support response so this is curious. Add to that the growing list of broken and/or missing channels (admittedly there are always a couple of broken ones as providers change up their sites/protocols) and it is concerning.
I've always been somewhat curious about their funding model/revenue as it would seem hard to stay afloat when (I presume) many people would just pay a one-time licensing fee and that was it. Their move into the cloud storage space could provide more on-going revenue. Regardless, I do hope that they stick around as this has become a very useful and helpful utility to support my online viewing.

Gregory Beitler I've been noticing the change in channel availability too, I've been personally missing A&E, TBS, and Comedy Central. That last one was strange to me because it was working for me before they yanked it from the channel list.
You probably already are aware of this, but in case you aren't --- while it's not perfect and built directly into the PlayOn UI, there is pretty good activity in the Reddit PlayOn forum and a user there maintains a spreadsheet of working / nonworking channels:
