How to record all upcoming new episodes in Playon Cloud (not Home)

Is there a way for PlayOn Cloud to recording all new episodes of a series?  Support tells me this is only available for PLayOn Home, not PLayOn Cloud.  Has anyone found a clever way around it?  If not, how does one submit a feature request?  This seems like a pretty basic feature to me.
