Add option to automatically add channel name and release year to recorded media titles

I'd love to see you include the option for appending the recording channel name to the end of a recording and embed it in the mp4's metadata.  This is extremely helpful if you record a title on that streams at a lower quality and then record it again at a later point in time on a channel that has much higher quality.  I also like to know the source where I recorded the video and having it in the recorded title would provide that quick reference.

And I'd also love to see the release year included in Movie titles and TV shows (especially when there are multiple tv shows with the same title).

TV Show Example:

There have been several different TV shows with the show name "Bull" over the years.  And there are several different channels that you can record this title on.

Bull (2016) - s01e01 - The Necklace (CBS).mp4

Bull (2016) - s01e01 - The Necklace (Xfinity).mp4

Movie Example:

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles (1987) (Netflix).mp4

Bringing Up Baby (1938) (TCM).mp4

The Shawshank Redemption (1994) (Netflix).mp4

Adding the channel name is more of a personal preference, so that may be something that a user could enable or disable based on their own needs.  Adding the year makes tv shows and movies more compliant with other media server naming conventions (e.g. Plex).

I would like to see in the release year of the movies and at least the top 2 or 3 actors to be added to the description of the video. For years I've always read the credits at the end of the movies. This would help to know who's in the movies and the year the movie was released.
