Xfinity Credential failure

I have not been able to validate my Xfinity credentials for two months now. Log on works and passes but fails when I try to open the channel which keeps telling me to enter my credentials.  All others work fine. Playon says they can simulate the problem but no fix after a month of waiting. The product is useless to me now and I paid full price for something I can't use. Is anyone having the sane issue?

I have not encountered that problem with the Xfinity channel recently. What happens when you go to https://tv.xfinity.com/foryou in IE11?

I have the problem also. When I use IE11, it works fine. When I browse the channel in PlayOn, says this folder is empty. Login tests fine.

I wonder if the Privacy or Security settings in IE are involved with this. Try adding comcast.net to the privacy exceptions by going into PlayOn Settings, stopping the server, and then holding down [Shift]+[Alt] while clicking on the Start server button. Next find Internet Options from the IE11 window that opened (it's near the bottom of the gear icon menu). Then select the Privacy tab and click the Sites button. Next enter "comcast.net" in the box and click the Allow button. Lastly click the Ok button in both dialog boxes and close the IE and PlayOn Settings windows.

Set the privacy setting and still the same result. Login tests ok, clicking on the channel spins for a minute, then says this folder is empty. Not sure if it matters, but the Xfinity login I'm using is not the main user on the account. But it has been granted all the privileges.
