My shows are skipping

While watching vik i for the past two days it's been restarting back to the beginning of the episode in the middle of the episode. I have never had this problem before. I love Viki. Can someone help me. Thank you

    Since you're essentially asking for support, you're likely to get it quicker by clicking the Support button in PlayOn Settings and using the form to submit a ticket.

    There is one thing you can try before contacting them. Try restarting your PC to see if that makes a difference (if you haven't tried that already).
