possible to learn how to decrypt the playon logs so customers can troubleshoot the stand-alone product themselves instead of waiting for support?

Nik Ambrosch thanks, getting a bit farther now.. when launching an ie browser through playon settings amazon prime video fails to play w/error 7135.

Nik Ambrosch actually yeah - opened the IE compatibility mode window that playon settings launches.. then logged into prime, rebooted, now it's recording. hopefully it lasts. thanks for pointing me at that article.
