Is there any customer service?

I contacted customer service because I get an error when I tried to install on Windows 10. It has been two days and still haven't received any response. I will be asking for a refund soon.

They're a small company, so they can take a few days to reply sometimes.

What exactly was the error message? Perhaps someone in the community might be able to offer a suggestion.

Thanks for your reply Dave. During install on a Windows 10 laptop the installation program gets as far as Processing: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and then displays an error message, "One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please verify your connection to the internet, fix the issues and then retry setup." Here is the errors in the log file:

This does not look like a PlayOn problem.  You need to Google installation problems with NET Framework and install it separately to find your problem, then reinstall PlayOn.
