Known Issues: Thank you!

I see the latest (as of today) issue I was having  (directvnow) WAS listed in the known issues section. So, I will be patient and NOT send another ticket for a known problem. And: THANK YOU! I am so happy to have an updated support list of known issues. I now know what issues I am having are already reported.

I see that you have made a change, I am acknowledging the change and I am absolutely happy about it. Thank you, thank you.
