I have tried record several videos from netflix and youtube, non of them are successful and the download speed is terrible on my gigabit connection. I have also tried download without any vpn but still facing the same speed and service error problems. i hope it works but unfortunately is not the case with me. The program now is just sitting on the desktop. I think you can check my usage log on the server.
I have also wrote an email to you for cancellation of my subscription on the same day and asking for a refund.

PlayOn records videos in real time, so you need to allow for the length of the video plus any advertisements. Have you tried the latest version of PlayOn, released this week?
