Amazon Error code #502

When I try to go to Amazon Prime I get a error code #502, Settings says my PW UI are correct but need to go to Amazon and deal with a security question. Go there and everything works well. I do not use the 2 step authorization. It seems I am not the only person to deal with this issue.

 

Any guidance?

    Yes,me too. Very annoying. They told me they are working on it. Let's assume a fix will follow soon.

    March 1 - same problem, new to my system today, worked yesterday.  Hmm.  Logged into Amazon Prime, no indication of add'l validation options on the website.
