Add Channel Support for EpixHD

EpixHD is nearly impossible to capture using Playmark, but the interface  seems similar to HBO Go, so seems like it might be simple to add support via login.

    We have Directv and we would like to get Epix channel. We understand that is not available right now but would like to be notified as soon as it is.
