PC resumable playback

Please add resumable playback on a PC.  PC browsers support resumable playback, seems like a typical feature to have.

    For additional media server features, such as resumable playback, I recommend you use Plex or Emby to watch recordings made by PlayOn. I use Plex for that and for watching recordings from my Tablo DVR.

    Does Plex automatically skip ads?

    Good question. No, not for PlayOn recordings, but you can use MCEBuddy to strip them out first. I use it to remove ads from videos recorded from both PlayOn and Tablo. Recordings from PlayOn are much faster to process when PlayOn successfully marks the ads. I prefer using MCEBuddy manually, but it's easy to set it up to process recordings automatically after they've been in any folder it's set to watch for a time length you choose (e.g. 3 hours, 1 day, etc.)

    Thanks for the suggestions, David, but I'd much prefer PlayOn just support PC resumable playback.  Seems silly for me to add two applications and additional steps/processing/time.
