Why is it that on every show I tape that there are no closed captions? When I watch these shows live there are closed captions. This makes it very difficult for those of us who have hearing problems.
I have it enabled for all shows but it never appears.
Please have this corrected so that all of us with hearing problems are able to once again enjoy watching.
Which PlayOn Channels are you having problems with? For technical reasons, the options depend on the channel.

I'm not a member of the PlayOn staff, but I do typically use closed captions myself.
I believe that support article only mentions Netflix and Hulu and they are not the channels I am referring to.
I usually tape from ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX. I know when I watch these live I see the CC
